NADS WIN 40 – 0
Once again all the planets aligned in the solar system as the NADS went on to another stellar performance and convincing win in Division 1 play in Regina Friday night beating the Condors 40 – 0. “The return of star kicker and defensive god Paul Grajczyk makes a huge difference in our game” said Dave Jukes. Playing the whole game because of a lack of front row players Jukes added the first of six trys early in the game as he bulldozed his way from 10 meters out brushing away numerous would be tacklers. 5 more trys would follow: Mike Dunning (2), Martin Alberts (2), and Elisha Baiton (1). Grajczk would convert 5 of 6.
Curtis Constable had an outstanding defensive game making some bone crushing hits early in the game which set the tone for the rest of the game.
Jeff Throsell made his first return since taking hiatus to go on tour with his body building competitions.
Jukes went on to comment about how well the backs have been playing as the doctors; Martin Alberts and P.J Vertue take control and lead the backs every game.
Quite and outstanding game considering players missing were; all-star back Tryan Sapergia, player coach Emil Christianson, and Murray Smith were all away with the Regina Fire.
